NOTE: Windows 7 users: You might have to adjust the permissions after installation, else you might not be able to create records or key systems.

With Windows 7, programs can also be run in XP mode. Right-click on the downloaded file, set compatibility to Windows XP, and click "Run as Administrator".

Some computers might insert a space in the account name field when launching. Be sure to overwrite this space or the account name might not be recognized.

The demo is fully functional.

Any records you create can be retrieved upon activation to a full program.

To install the TechNotes demo, navigate to your download folder and double-click the technote.exe file. Follow the screen prompts to complete the installation

TechNotes will install to C:\Program Files\TechNotes Demo.

Documentation: Illustrated Documentation will be found in this folder in a sub-folder named "Documentation" in Adobe Acrobat .PDF format. A shortcut to the documentation will also be added to the Start menu.

To run the demo, use the Windows Start button, go to Programs, and select TechNotes Demo.

When launching TechNotes, the default account name is administrator (not case-sensitive) and the password is Admin (case-sensitive - Cap A).

128 MB RAM (256 MB preferred)
