Tracer will keep track of keys in your key inventory, based on the keys you issue to personnel.

As you issue keys to personnel, you enter the number of keys issued to each person (shown below).

By entering the number of keys in inventory in the "Keys in Inventory" field (shown below), Tracer will keep track of how many of that key has been issued, and how many are remaining in inventory (shown below).

Tracer reports on key inventory by how many keys are issued to personnel and also how many keys are assigned to key rings. These numbers are reported separately and the total is deducted from the inventory of each key.
